Extreme premeditated violence against humanity, are the perpetrators Humans or Animals? They have committed the unforgivable high-handed sin against the Creator of Life.
They may have the physiology of a human being but lack the cognitive and spiritual attributes of a living human soul inside the God-given moral framework.
If the God-given spirit of life is not respected in a human soul, and if the carnal will of a human intentionally voluntarily finds pleasure in violating the spirit of God, then that human being has stepped outside of rational cognition.
Wilful violent anarchists in history have always stepped outside of rational cognition. One of the best examples from history is the Russian Bolsheviks from 1917 to 1922.
The irrational actors always lie in the face of truth in attempt to make their way back into grace, forgiveness and legitimacy. But never admitting their evil deeds and intent.
Police officers and law enforcement agents worldwide carry a weapon when needed. Why? Because of the irrational Human beings violate the Spirit of the Natural Law.
The Hamas terrorists are irrational actors.

Are the European leaders going to apologize to the nine Nazi officers that were hung at the gymnasium of the Nuremberg courthouse in 1946?
The Creator of Life gave the principles of human rights and confirmed them some 3470 years ago at Mount Sinai. See Exodus chapter 20.
It is irrational to violate human rights by raping, murder, and abduction and to appeal to human rights for self-protection. totally irrational.
Human rights can be forfeited by violating the spirit of the natural law.
Grace and Forgiveness can also be forfeited, by doing violence to the RUACH HAKODESH. Doing violence to the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.
Murdering Jews innocent civilians is a sin against the chosen people of YHWH. Wherever the Holy Spirit is active, doing violence to the holy Spirit is the most aggressive manifestation of evil. The Soviet Union manifested the most extreme violence against the Holy Spirit from 1922 to 1991. The Soviet Russian spirit of nationalism has a heavy burden of sin that won’t be forgiven ever.

Holiness is synonymous with God’s total purity and separation from the rest of creation. Holiness is a moral purity, and different from Adam’s holiness, God’s is eternally incorruptible. This holiness so sets God apart from fallen man that in his natural state, no man may approach the incorruptible God (for man is tarnished, dirty, and corrupt, and True holiness cannot bear such) — this is evidenced by the special commands to those who would approach God (cf.
